Technology at
Prastigh Engineering

Prastigh uses engineering‑grade software, plant design tools, and custom digital solutions to make our work faster, more consistent, and easier to build from, without treating technology as a gimmick or a buzzword.

Smarter tools for
everyday engineering work

Integrated design platforms

We use 2D and 3D design environments for process, piping, layouts, and structures so that clashes are seen early and drawings reflect how the plant will actually be built.

Data, documents, and traceability

Our document control and data management practices keep revisions, comments, and design decisions traceable so everyone knows which version to build from.

Digital tools supporting real projects 24 disciplines and workflows linked

From feasibility models to detailed layouts, our tools help connect calculations, drawings, and reports so that changes flow cleanly instead of being updated piecemeal.

Our Engineering
Innovation Centre

Our Innovation Centre develops small, focused tools and scripts that automate routine checks, improve consistency, and free engineers to spend more time on judgement, not repetitive formatting. We test these tools on live work, refine them based on feedback, and roll out only what truly improves speed, accuracy, or clarity for our clients.

Technology in use
on real projects

P&ID development, 3D modelling, and clash checks are carried out using modern plant design tools, with outputs tailored to each client’s standards and formats.

Our teams use analysis software for stress, loads, and sizing where needed, and connect results back to drawings and reports instead of keeping them in isolated files.

Review sessions are supported with shared models, marked‑up PDFs, and screen walkthroughs so comments are captured clearly, not scattered across emails.

When projects require it, we also interface with client systems for document control, permitting, and maintenance planning so information does not get trapped in silos.
